Basements, because this is Utah
Almost every house here has one, and a basement is where thirty years of a household ends up. Old furnaces and water heaters, shelving bolted to the wall, a workbench somebody framed in place, a bar built in 1978 that nobody has used since. Half of that isn't junk removal — it's a small demo job that happens to end in a trailer.
That's the part most haulers won't touch. Built-in means unbuild it first, and unbuilding is the trade here.
What goes
Furniture, appliances, mattresses, yard waste, construction debris, garage and storage-unit contents, hot tubs, sheds, the contents of a whole house. Stairs and tight access are normal, not a surcharge conversation.
One clarification, because the site used to say this wrong: there's no standalone donation-hauling service — you can't book a trip to the donation centre on its own. But on an estate or hoarding cleanout, usable items are sorted out and routed to donation as part of the job rather than going in the trailer.
Where it ends up: loads go to the landfill or transfer station. On estate and cleanout jobs the usable items get pulled out for donation during the sort rather than riding along with everything else.

How soon
Same-day and next-day service, subject to the schedule. Call and you'll get told which one you're getting rather than a maybe — if the day is full, that's what you'll hear.
What it costs
Published, which most of the valley isn't. A full trailer is $695 and a half trailer is $395. Mattresses and box springs are $40 each, refrigerators and freezers $125, smaller appliances $65. Tires and hazardous material are case by case because disposal fees vary.
That's the whole rate sheet. There's no fuel surcharge, no stairs fee, and no assessment where the number goes up after the trailer is loaded.
